Ineffective transaction fee

Ineffective transaction fee is charged in case when a trading member or its client sends a large number of orders but total volume of trades is small. Transaction is adding order (AddOrder), deleting order (DelOrder) or changing order (MoveOrder) message.

Methodology for calculating a fee

The ineffective transaction fee is calculated on each Trading day as a total for all clearing accounts with the same Taxpayer code (INN) or a substitution code.
No fee is charged if the number of transactions made is less or equal to 2000.
The inefficient transaction fee is calculated according to the formula:

k – points for the transactions, determined in accordance with Table 1
f – point for the fee paid for the deal
l – points for the deal, determined in accordance with Table 1

The ineffective transactions fee is deducted from Firm's clearing accounts in proportion to the number of Transactions made using each Firm's clearing account with corresponding INN.

Information about fee amount

Information about the ineffective transactions fee can be obtained online via the gateway of SPECTRA trading system in FORTS_TNPENALTY_REPL stream.
Information about the fee is made available in the following clearing reports:

  1. tranfeeshareXXYY.csv – information about the amount of fee
  2. tranfeeupdXXYY.csv – data about the calculation of the fee
  3. tranfeeupddetailsXXYY.csv – detailed information about each type of transaction

Clearing reports with the info about the fees are sent at the end of the evening clearing session of the trading day T, where the ineffective transactions were made. Fees are debited from client account during the evening clearing session of the next trading day (T+1).
