Trading in bonds of Rosgosstrakh to be ceased

Please be advised that in accordance with the Rules for listing, admission of securities to placement and trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange, from July 20, 2012 the following securities will stop trading in the Exchange, due to an early redemption of the issue:

interest-bearing documentary unconvertible bearer bonds of "Rosgosstrakh" Limited Liability Company, series 01, subject to mandatory centralized custody:

• state registration number: 4-01-36389-R as of 15.04.2010;
• par value: RUB1,000;
• issue volume: 4,000,000 bonds;
• trading system code RU000A0JQYA1.

The securities were included in the Quotation list B of the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.
