Ordinary shares of Kovrov Mechanical Plant Open Joint-Stock Company:

• state registration number — 1-02-05376-A as of 30.06.2009;
• ISIN code — RU0006753613;
• trading system code — KMEZ.

Trading in the above-mentioned securities will be suspended, due to applications on excluding the securities from the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange filed by the respective issuers and taking into account recommendations of the Securities Market Committee of the Exchange.

The above-mentioned securities are included in segment "Non-listed securities" of the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.
From September 18, 2012 trading in the above-mentioned securities will be ceased.
