Securities of three issuers to stop trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange

Please be advised that in accordance with the Rules for listing, admission of securities to placement and trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange the following securities will stop trading in the Exchange from September 17, 2012:

within the "Quotation List "B" segment of the List of securities admitted to trading in the CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange":

interest-bearing documentary unconvertible bearer bonds of "SIBUR Holding" Closed Joint Stock Company, series 04, subject to mandatory centralized custody:

  • state registration number of the issue — 4-04-65134-D as of 12.03.2008;
  • nominal value — RUB1,000;
  • number of bonds in the issue — 30 million;
  • early redemption date — 14.09.2012;
  • trading system code — RU000A0JPP78.

Trading in the bonds will be ceased due to the early redemption of the bonds made in accordance with the terms of the issue.

Fund units of the open-end equity mutual fund "FINAM Elektroenergetika" managed by "Finam Management" Asset Management Company ltd.:

  • state registration number of the Rules for trust management of the fund — 1195-94140925 as of 17.01.2008;
  • trading system code — RU000A0JPWD1.

Trading in the units of the fund will be ceased due to termination of securities service by the settlement depository.

Fund units of the closed-end equity mutual fund "Dolgosrochnaya perspektiva" managed by "ULA" Management" Asset Management Company ltd.:

  • state registration number of the Rules for trust management of the fund — 1787-94198066 as of 20.05.2010;
  • trading system code — RU000A0JQZU6.

Trading in the units of the funds will be ceased due to the Company's application on excluding the above-mentioned fund units from the List of Securities Admitted to trading in CJSC MICCEX Stock Exchange.
