FIX Trade Capture service update

Dear users of FIX protocol on FX and Securities Markets,
 
On 10 June 2019 we plan to update the production MFIX Trade Capture service with the following changes:

•  The USDRUB_TDB instrument on the FX market (so called "experimental order book") will have SecurityType(167)=FXSPOT.
•  SecurityType(167) tag in trade reports becomes optional. Tag 167 with empty value will never be published in Trade Capture report messages.

 This service has already been updated on INET_GATEWAY and INETCUR_GATEWAY test environments.
