Risk parameters change for the security HYDR

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 14.01.2020, 14-18 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 0.7137) and initial margins (up to 25.5 %) for the security HYDR were changed. New values are available here
