Risk parameters change for the security GOOG-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 03.02.2021, 21-50 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 166317) and initial margins (up to 21 %) for the security GOOG-RM were changed. New values are available here
