Spectra T1 test environment upgrade

Dear Derivatives market test environment users,

We begin preparation for the next Spectra trading and clearing system release. So starting from 14:15 MSK April 15^th till April 18^th, 2021, the Spectra T1 test environment will be down for upgrade to version 6.9

Full list of changes in the new version will be published after the test environment upgrade.

Preliminary production launch date for SPECTRA 6.9 is June 21^rd 2021.
