Risk parameters change for the security PKI-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 04.01.2022, 21-39 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 12600) and initial margins (up to 23.75 %) for the security PKI-RM were changed. New values are available here
