Risk parameters change for the security ADP-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 26.01.2022, 17-40 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 15014) and initial margins (up to 19.38 %) for the security ADP-RM were changed. New values are available here
