Risk parameters change for the security DE-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 26.01.2022, 17-50 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 31564) and initial margins (up to 21.88 %) for the security DE-RM were changed. New values are available here
