Auction for additional placement of Russian Federation government bonds with No 26205RМFS announced

In accordance with the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, an auction for additional placement of constant coupon Federal bonds, issue No 26205RМFS, for a total of RUB35 787.965 billion will be run on April 11, 2012 in OJSC MICEX-RTS.      

The Bank of Russia has determined the following procedure for running the auction:

• 11:00 - 11:30 – submitting bids;
• 12:30 - announcement of the cut-off price.

Volume of noncompetitive bids must not exceed 25% from a total bid volume submitted by a dealer.

Potential holders of the indicated securities are determined as residents and non-residents.

Auction's settlement code is SO set in accordance with the instruction of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.
