Settlement codes for trades in securities of two issuers to be changed
In accordance with the Trading rules of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange, a resolution was made that starting from April 12, 2012 only settlement codes implying trade settlement no later than July 03, 2012 can be applied to the trades in the following securities:
- ordinary shares of Joint Stock Company "Chusovoy Metallurgical Works" (state registration number 1-02-30163-D as of 02.08.2004, trading system code CHMZ); and
- ordinary shares of Open Joint Stock Company International Bank of Saint Petersburg (state registration number 10400197B as of 17.06.2003, trading system code RU14MBSP7002).
Starting from July 04, 2012, T0 will be the only admissible settlement code for trades in the above-mentioned securities.
In addition, from July 10, 2012 the following row No32 will be removed from the Table 9 "List of securities eligible for trading in Classica sector" of the Appendix to the Order of General Director of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange issued on 10.02.2012.
