Trading in securities of two issuers to be ceased

Please be advised that on April 11, 2012 the Directorate of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange has made the following resolutions:

1. to suspend trading in the following securities in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange from July 04, 2012:

  • ordinary shares of Joint Stock Company "Chusovoy Metallurgical Works" (trading system code CHMZ); and
  • ordinary shares of Open Joint Stock Company International Bank of Saint Petersburg (trading system code RU14MBSP7002).

2. To cease trading in the above-mentioned securities from July 10, 2012.

The resolution was made in accordance with the Listing rules of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange approved by the Board of Directors of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange on 10.02.2012 (minutes No17) on the basis of applications for excluding the securities from the list of securities admitted to trading in MICEX Stock Exchange submitted by the issuers and recommendations of Securities market committee of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange (minutes No 5 as of 27.03.2012).
