Discrete auction trading for Mechel ords

Trading in Mechel ordinary shares (state registration number 1-01-55005-E, ticker MTLR) is being conducted via discrete auction in the Main Trading Mode (starting at 10:57 am MSK). This is due to a drop of more than 20% versus yesterday"s closing price in the space of 10 minutes. The action was taken in accordance with the Provision on Organising Securities Market Trading.

The only Main Market Sector modes in which the securities are trading during the discrete auction period are repo (except for Repo with the CCP – Anonymous Trades) and negotiated trading modes.

The securities were unavailable for trading via anonymous orders on the Classica Market from 10:57 until 11:27 am MSK.

Mechel ordinary shares (state registration number 1-01-55005-E, ticker MTLR) reverted to regular trading in all Main Market Sector modes at 11:27 am MSK.
