Record date for the OJSC MICEX-RTS shareholders register fixed

On May 14, 2012 the OJSC MICEX Board of Directors made a decision to draw up the List of persons who are eligible to participate in the annual General meeting of OJSC MICEX-RTS shareholders as of May 21, 2012.

Issues related to the calling of and the preparation to the annual General meeting of OJSC MICEX-RTS shareholders including an approval of the meeting"s agenda will be considered at the Board of Directors meeting on Monday, May 21, 2012.
