New precious metals fixings

In addition to the announcement about the planned changes in the Securities and FX markets system on March 23, 2026, we would like to inform you about the new instruments for precious metals.

Starting from March 23, the Moscow Exchange will introduce new precious metals fixings:

• SILVFIXME — silver fixing instrument (instrument SLVRUB_TOM);
• PLATFIXME — platinum fixing instrument (instrument PLTRUB_TOM);
• PALADFIXME — palladium fixing instrument (instrument PLDRUB_TOM).

New fixing values are calculated using the same methodology as GOLDFIXME and are determined daily between 11:30:01 AM and 12:30:00 PM. Values will be rounded to two decimal places; the parameter Q is set to 1.

The fixings will be transmitted to external sources in the same way as GOLDFIXME. On the Moscow Exchange website, the new fixings will be added to the following pages:

• https://www.moex.com/ru/fixing/;
• https://www.moex.com/ru/markets/currency/get-fixing.aspx?code=GOLDFIXME.
