Trading in securities of Chusovoy Metallurgical Works and International Bank of Saint Petersburg to be suspended

Please be advised that starting from July 04, 2012 trading in the following securities will be suspended in CJSC MICEX-Stock Exchange:

• ordinary shares of Joint Stock Company "Chusovoy Metallurgical Works" (trading system code CHMZ); and
• ordinary shares of "International Bank of Saint Petersburg” open joint stock company (trading system code RU14MBSP7002).

From July 10, 2012 trading in the above-mentioned securities will be ceased.

The trading will be suspended and then ceased in accordance with the Rules for listing, admission to trading and trading of securities of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange based on applications on excluding the securities from the List of securities admitted to trading in the Exchange filed by the issuers and taking into account recommendations of the Securities Market Committee.
