How to pay for registration of new electronic signature key certificate owner

When the Certification Authority for the EDI System receives the documentation for registration of a new ESVKC owner (the Application for certificate production (for the physical person) , the power of attorney on the owner of the certificate existing on behalf of the legal entity, a copy of the passport signed by an authorised representative)  and receives request for initial creation of the certificate via Users account, the Certification Authority issues an invoice for the ESVKC creation services, stated in the Application for the creating of ESVKC.

The original invoice is sent to the EDI Participant by registered mail to the postal address stated in the Application, along with the certificates in hard copy.

An acceptance certificate is sent to the postal address after the funds are credited to the Certification Authority 's account.
