Trading in ordinary shares of Seventh Continent to be cased

Please be advised that from September 28, 2012 trading in ordinary shares of Seventh Continent OJSC  (state registration number 1-02-00462-H as of 24.08.2004, trading system code SCON) will be ceased in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange, due to the application on excluding the securities from the List of securities admitted to trading in the Exchange and in accordance with the recommendations of the Securities Market Committee of the Exchange.

The securities are included in the section “Unlisted securities” of the List of securities admitted to trading in the CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.
