DSP datacenter testing as a backup

This Saturday (23 July 2016) the final public test of the MOEX migration to the new backup data center Dataspace (see http://moex.com/s1888), including the disaster recovery test, will be held.

MOEX highly recommends its clients to participate in testing – as a result of infrastructure migration connectivity parameters to reserve and mirroring services will be changed. These services are planned to become primary in November 2016.

On 23 July 2016 the whole range of trading services (for FX, Securities and Derivatives markets) located at Dataspace will be available to clients. Backoffice services (reports, EDI, client-bank) will not be tested on 23 July 2016.

Important NOTES:

1. In case of successful tests the Dataspace datacenter will become the MOEX backup datacenter instead of the Kislovskiy datacenter starting from 25 July 2016.

2. ASTS Gateways at Kislovskiy datacenter (access to FX, Securities and Money market) will be discontinued starting from 1 August 2016. The new Gateways at the DSP datacenter are already available for production use.

3. FIX transactional services at the DSP datacenter will replace FIX transactional services at the Kislovskiy datacenter (no parallel availability is intended).

4. In order to access new set of services in Dataspace, connection options and routing settings should be changed at the client software/servers. The new IP addresses are listed at: https://fs.moex.com/files/12159. Routing settings and instructions are available at  https://fs.moex.com/files/12323
