Trading in ordinary shares of Abrau-Durso to be suspended

Please be advised that from August 31, 2012  trading in ordinary shares of Joint Stock Company "Abrau-Durso" (state registration number 1-01-12500-A as of 31.10.2007, trading system code ABRD) will be suspended in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange, due to information on a state registration of a securities issue placed by conversion of the above-mentioned ordinary shares released in a newsfeed on August 30, 2012.
