Trading in units of mutual fund managed by Finam Management to be ceased

Please be advised that in accordance with the Rules for listing, admission of securities to placement and trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange the following securities will stop trading in the Exchange from September 13, 2012:

units of the open-end equity mutual fund "FINAM NEFTEGAZ" managed by "Finam Management" Asset Management Company ltd.:

• state registration number of the Rules for trust management of the fund — 1187-94139738 as of 17.01.2008;
• trading system code — RU000A0JPWE9.

Trading in the securities of the issuer will be ceased due to termination of securities service by the settlement depository.

The above-mentioned securities are included in the segment "Non-listed securities" of the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.
