RUB Penalty Rate Change from March 27, 2017

Upper REPO Penalty Rate (HPenRate) on Equity Market will be changed to 19.5% starting from March 27, 2017.

RUB Rollover Rate in FX and Precious Metals Market (SDRUB) will be changed to 19.5% starting from March 27, 2017.
