Trading in ordinary shares of "Moscow Heat Network Company" OJSC to be suspended

Please be advised that trading in ordinary shares of "Moscow Heat Network Company" OJSC (state registration number 1-01-50076-E as of 31.05.2005, par value — RUB0.3, number of bonds in the issue — 39,252,406,932 units, trading system code — MSSV, ISIN code — RU000A0ET7X9) will be suspended in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange from September 27, 2012. The shares refer to the "Non-listed securities" segment of the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.

The decision to suspend trading in the securities was made based on the Listing Department's Statement regarding the termination of activity of a joined legal person. The fact of termination was ascertained by "INTERFAX" Information Agency announcing that Articles of Termination had been filed to Official Single Register of Legal Entities by the issuer.
