RUB Penalty Rate Change from February 12, 2018

Due to decision of CCP NCC starting from February 12, 2018:

RUB Rollover Rate in FX and Precious Metals Market (SDRUB) will be changed to 15%.

Upper REPO Penalty Rate (HPenRate) on Equity Market will be changed to 15%.
