Changes in ISS service authentication

For the attention of MOEX Informational & Statistical Server users (https://www.moex.com/a2920).
Moscow Exchange informs you of the upcoming changes in authentication in the MOEX Passport service (https://passport.moex.com) which is used for non-anonymous access to ISS. These changes do not affect any other protocols such as ASTS Bridge or FIX/FAST.
At the moment every Passport account has a Nickname and an Email, either can be used for authentication. MOEX plans to retire the Nickname and only allow to authenticate using Email.
After 20 August 2018 all new accounts will have their Nickname set equal to Email.
After 1 September 2018 changing Nickname/Email will be prohibited.
Please make sure to verify and update your account information prior to that date.
After 1 October 2018, all the Nicknames in earlier created accounts will be enforced to match the Email, thus making Nickname-based authentication impossible.
Please make sure to reconfigure your systems to use Email based authentication.
