Information on placement of Government bonds of Saint-Petersburg

Please be advised that on December 03, 2012 the MICEX Stock Exchange will start collecting bids for fixed coupon Government bonds of Saint-Petersburg (the maturity period: 1-5 years, state registration number: RU25039GSP0 as of 19.11.2012) traded within the Main Market sector. Placement will be carried out through competitive bidding on the rate of the coupon yield per the first coupon month.

Preliminary unsecured bids will be collected starting from 10:00 to 16:00 MSK from December 03 till December 05, 2012, early close available. To participate in the offer the investors will send an off-order book order to the underwriter"s address (IC Energokapital, CJSC) indicating the intended interest rate for the first coupon period and putting the activation date of December 06, 2012.

Activation of preliminary bids will start on November 06, 2012 from 10:00 MSK. Secured bids will be collected starting from December 06, 2012 from 10:00 to 10:30 MSK, 2012.

Orders will be filled by submitting opposite orders in the trading mode “Placement: Off-Order Book Orders” with the number of securities for sale as per each order indicated starting from December 06, 2012 from 12:00 to 14:00 MSK.
