On additional terms for trading in bonds that match characteristics of subordinate debt instruments

Please be advised that in accordance with the MICEX Stock Exchange Rules of Securities Trading and the directions issued by the Exchange starting from December 10, 2012 Trading Participants will be able to execute transactions with bonds that match characteristics of subordinate debt instruments provided that their issue documents comply with the requirements of Regulation on the methodology for calculation of a credit company net worth approved by the Bank of Russia on February 10, 2003.

Trading Participants will be able to execute such transactions in their own name and at their own cost and expense on an unrestricted basis.

Trading Participants can execute transactions in the name of and at the expense of their Client (or the client of the latter), and also by using the funds of a Trust Management provided that the Clients of Trading Participants and their Clients" customers refer to the following types of Clients: 1, 6, 7, 11, 16, 17, 21, 26.
