Commercial papers of one issuer admitted to trading on the primary market of the CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange
Please be advised that in accordance with the MICEX Stock Exchange Rules for admission of commercial papers to trading and the decision made by the Directorate of the Exchange the following securities are admitted to trading in the CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange" on the Exchange's primary market (Minutes No. 161 as of 13.12.2012):

- 4B02-14-36314-R as of December 13, 2012.
