Trading in shares of two issuers to be ceased

Please be advised that in accordance with the Rules for listing, admission of securities to placement and trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange, trading in the following securities will be ceased from January 9, 2013:

ordinary and preferred shares of JOINT STOCK COMPANY "SAINT-PETERSBURG SALE COMPANY" with the following parameters:
for ordinary shares:

• state registration number: 1-01-55168-E as of 17.01.2006;
• trading system code: PBSB;

for preferred shares:

• state registration number: 2-01-55168-E as of 17.01.2006;
• trading system code: PBSBP.

Ordinary shares of Territorial Generation Company № 11 OJSC:

• state registration number: 1-01-12087-F as of 31.01.2006;
• trading system code: TGKK.

The cessation will take place due to receiving issuers" applications on excluding the securities from the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange and based on recommendations of the Securities Market Committee.

The securities were included into the section “Non-listed securities” of the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange.
