Trading in bonds of Gazprom Neft OJSC to be suspended from January 10, 2013

Please be advised that starting from January 10, 2013 trading in interest-bearing documentary unconvertible bearer bonds of Gazprom Neft OJSC, Series 03 (state registration number — 4-03-00146-A as of 14.08.2008), subject to mandatory centralized custody  will be suspended in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange. Trading will be suspended due to an early redemption of the securities in accordance with a decision of the issuer.

The provisional date for early redemption is January 15, 2013.
