Risk parameters change for the security MGNT

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 12.03.2020, 16-22 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 2193.5) and initial margins (up to 31.25 %) for the security MGNT were changed. New values are available here
