Risk parameters change for the security MU-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 02.09.2020, 17-56 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 3804) and initial margins (up to 23.75 %) for the security MU-RM were changed. New values are available here
