Trading in ordinary shares of NPO Promavtomatika to be ceased

Please be advised that trading in ordinary shares of NPO Promavtomatika OJSC (state registration number 1-01-33125-E; ISIN RU000A0JPZR4, trading system code PAVT) will be suspended and then ceased on CJSC "MICEX Stock Exchange" from May 6, 2013, due to an application to exclude the securities from the List of securities admitted to trading on the Exchange.
