Risk parameters change for the security OXY-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 19.07.2021, 16-58 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 1654) and initial margins (up to 27.5 %) for the security OXY-RM were changed. New values are available here
