Risk parameters change for the security VFC-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 16.09.2021, 16-25 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 4390) and initial margins (up to 21.25 %) for the security VFC-RM were changed. New values are available here
