                Temporary interruption in market information on 12 September; promptly rectified

                Moscow Exchange experienced a temporary interruption in transmitting market information to Derivatives Market participants yesterday between 9.50-10.20 pm MSK. Participants were still able to place orders, make deals, and receive order information.

                The source of the interruption was a server malfunctioning outside the core trading system. Our IT team promptly addressed the issue and normal trading operations resumed. All of Moscow Exchange"s infrastructure is now functioning normally.
