Risk parameters change for the security CRL-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 11.01.2022, 17-19 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 27421) and initial margins (up to 20 %) for the security CRL-RM were changed. New values are available here
