Risk parameters change for the security DIS-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 21.01.2022, 15-48 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 10272) and initial margins (up to 18.75 %) for the security DIS-RM were changed. New values are available here
