Risk parameters change for the security PTR-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 24.02.2022, 12-12 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 3416) and initial margins (up to 26.00 %) for the security PTR-RM were changed. New values are available here
