Risk parameters change for the security NDAQ-RM

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 24.02.2022, 02-13 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 11111) and initial margins (up to 31.2500 %) for the security NDAQ-RM were changed. New values are available here
