Risk parameters change for the currency pair USDF/RUB

As per the FX and Precious metals market risk parameters methodology, on 02.03.2022, 12-07 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 111.9525 rub for the settlement term TOD) and initial margins (up to 18.300 %) for the currency pair USDF/RUB were changed. New values are available here
