Risk parameters change for the currency pair HKD/RUB

As per the FX and Precious metals market risk parameters methodology, on 02.03.2022, 16-00 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 17.0299 rub for the settlement term TOD) and initial margins (up to 19.5100 %) for the currency pair HKD/RUB were changed. New values are available here
