                Revised lists of the Moscow Exchange Indices announced

                Moscow Exchange has revised lists for the constituent lists of the Moscow Exchange Indices as well as free floats effective from December 17, 2013 through March 17, 2014.

                Bank Saint-Petersburg and KAMAZ ords will be added to the MICEX Index and RTS Index, while MOSENERGO and Pharmstandard ords will be removed. Pharmstandard ords will be excluded from the Moscow Exchange indices because of company reorganization*.

                AFK Sistema ords will be added to the Blue-Chip Index, while RusHydro ords will be removed.

                Human Stem Cells Institute, KuibyshevAzot ords and Lenenergo prefs will be added to the Broad Market Index, while IDGC of the South, Rosinter Restaurants Holding, Pharmstandard ords will be removed.

                Human Stem Cells Institute, KuibyshevAzot, MOSENERGO ords and Lenenergo prefs. will join the Second-Tier Index, while Bank Saint-Petersburg, KAMAZ, IDGC of the South, Rosinter Restaurants Holding ords will leave it.

                Our Sectoral Indices Calculation Methodology requires that shares included in the Broad Market Index also be included in the relevant sectoral index. Thus, KuibyshevAzot ords will be included in the Chemicals Index; Lenenergo prefs will join the Electric Utilities Index, while IDGC of the South ords will leave it; and Pharmstandard and Rosinter Restaurants Holding ords will be removed from the Consumer & Retail Index.

                Multisistema ords will join MICEX Innovation Index, while NPO Nauka and Nauka-Telecom ords will leave it.

                * If the reorganization date will be till December 17 Pharmstandard ords will be excluded from indices in an extraordinary order
