Risk parameters change for the security TCSG

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 25.02.2022, 10-15 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 3852.5) and initial margins (up to 80.0 %) for the security TCSG were changed. New values are available here
