Risk parameters change for the security MSRS

As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 24.02.2022, 11-02 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 0.6325) and initial margins (up to 62.500 %) for the security MSRS were changed. New values are available here
