Trading in ordinary shares of GAZ-Tek OAO to be ceased
Trading in the ordinary shares of GAZ-Tek OAO (trading system code GAZT-001D) will be ceased, due to consolidating securities issues and cancelling individual number (code) assigned to the additional issue from April 9, 2012.
Concurrently, the following parameter of the primary issue of ordinary shares of the company (trading system code GAZT) will be changed as of April 9, 2012:
