The risk parameters change for the swap SLVRUB_TOM1M
As per the FX and Precious metals market risk parameters methodology, on 19.04.2023, 12-44 (MSK) the lower bound of the price band (up to 0.1343 rub) and initial margins (up to -0.1347 rub) for the FX swap SLVRUB_TOM1M were changed. New values are available here
