Trading in fund units of the closed-end rent mutual fund “Renaissance-Business-Real estate” to be suspended

Starting from April 25, 2012 units of the closed-end rent mutual fund "Renaissance-Business-Real Estate" included into the section "Unlisted securities" of the List of securities admitted to trading in CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange will be suspended.

The parameters of the fund units are the following:

• state registration number of the rules for trust management:  0720-94121282 as of 26.12.2006;
• ISIN code – RU000A0JPC24;
• trading system code – RU000A0JPC24.

The decision to suspend trading in the above-mentioned securities was taken based on information on a cessation of the closed-end rent mutual fund "Renaissance-Business-Real Estate" published by  "Renaissance Realty" Management Company" LLC in the Interfax's news feed on April 24, 2012 and in accordance with clause 31 of the Listing rules of CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange and an Order  No489-r issued by CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange on April 24, 2012.
